In case it hasn’t been obvious, we LOVE summer! There is just something so fun and exciting about the sun coming out, and the nights getting long. We see, far too often, the joys of summer being robbed from those that feel self conscious in smaller amounts of clothes and coverings. It’s so unfortunate that this happy and radiant time of life can trigger a spiral of insecurity and self doubt. We want to do everything that we can to conquer that mindset, and make this your best summer ever. In case you’ve missed them, here are our favorite summer resources so far. Don’t worry, there is PLENTY where that came from! We plan on guiding you through this season, hand in hand, to cultivate ultimate summer confidence!

We hate to pick favorites, but this list of ten foods might just be our favorite. The great thing about these foods is that most of them are huge hydration stimulators!
