The Once-a-month Shopping Routine- Part IV: The Day-to-Day
Now that you have a meal plan and your groceries, let’s look a little bit closer into what my day-to-day looks like following my meal plan. I generally start the plan on Sunday or Monday. On the Sunday, I will do my weekly prep. This includes getting fresh stuff ready for the week and also preparing my breakfast.
The Once-a-month Shopping Routine- Part III: Frozen Goodies
As many of you know, some groceries won’t be good for 4 weeks so we need to plan accordingly. I utilize my freezer. I am in no way a prep-er! I’m just lazy. So, I have a freezer stocked full of delicious food at any given time.
The Once-a-month Shopping Routine- Part II: Meal Planning
In order to stay organized and have everything I will need during the month, it is important for me to create a meal plan for those 4 weeks. Dealing with family around the holidays can be tough for many reasons. But if they’re not on board with your weight loss it can be especially hard to continue on your journey during this time.
It’s All About The Little Things
Coach Stefanie here! Let’s face it, adding exercise to your already busy schedule can be hard. But one thing we often don’t realize is that the little things add up. I don’t like exercising but I know being active is important for healthy weight loss.
Why Zero BITE Foods Are Amazing – but they may not work for you
Zero BITE foods are amazing. A huge stressor in any diet is figuring out what and how much you can eat. Often, we end diets because they’re too time consuming or restrictive. Zero BITE foods help avoid these pitfalls, but can create new ones.
How to Snack Smart
We all love to snack. And there is nothing wrong with snacking if it is integrated correctly into your eating plan. However, many of us use snacking as an automatic coping mechanism which is a harmful pattern we need to unearth. So, the next time you feel snacky, ask yourself why?
Why This Time Might Be The Best Time For Your Diet
I get it, some of you are reading this title and think I’m crazy. The kids are on top of you all day, it’s hard to find the exact food you want to stay on plan, and money is tight. But hear me out!
