Introducing: The iTrackBites Podcast

Hi friends!! Happy Monday!! 

We’re coming to you with one of the most exciting announcements we’ve had in awhile! iTrackBites has officially launched a podcast!!! *Cue Confetti*!! As we often say, our community means everything to us, at iTrackBites. We wanted to create another space to serve as a  gathering ground for story telling, advice giving, and overall cheerleading. The first episode of the iTrackBites podcast is now available on Spotify, and coming soon to Apple Podcasts. 

Introduction to the iTrackBites Podcast: 

Let this  function as your cheerleader, your coach, and your teammates- all in one! Everyone’s weight loss journey is unique in its own way. However, we all need support, we all have questions, and we can ALL inspire each other. Join us weekly, as we serve you episodes in three different series: Member Spotlight, Coach Lisa’s Corner, and Monday Coffee Chats. Our hope is that through the different shows and series, you will find the motivation, knowledge and excitement you need to achieve your weight loss goals. 

In our Member Spotlight Series, we’ll be chatting with you all- the members! Host of the podcast, and overall iTrackBites connoisseur: Jordan Chops, will be digging deep into our health journey. He’s taking a closer look into the challenges that most of us face in the weight loss process. We all experience highs and lows in this journey. Jordan wants to shed some light on our pressing matters that can motivate and guide others going forward. You can expect these episodes on Wednesday and Friday mornings. 

Most of you are already familiar with our “head coach”- Lisa. She knows EVERYTHING about iTrackBites. Which is why she’ll be popping on periodically to discuss new app developments, helpful diet/ lifestyle guidance, and of course sharing her best recommendations for seeing success with our weight loss plans. 

Last, but certainly not least Jordan will host a Monday Coffee Chat Series. These episodes are designed to help you start your work week on the right foot. Serving you with casual yet insightful Coach and Ambassador interviews. We want it to feel like you’re a fly on the wall while Jordan and these app loyalists grab coffee and catch up on life! These episodes will hopefully answer some of the questions that you may wonder about weight loss success. Tune in, connect your headphones, and BYOC (bring your own coffee).
