Let’s talk about self-love and learning to embrace your body while losing weight. We all have our own stories to tell, or how we ended up where we are. If you’re like me and have been on a weight loss journey for years and you’re still going and you’ve been up and down trying different methods, approaches, diet after diet, it is exhausting! I totally understand! I will be the first to speak up and say I have not always loved myself and I have been in that never-ending cycle of up and down dieting.
It’s the day after and you’re wondering how you could have possibly consumed that much food! The pumpkin pie I’m sure was worth it. Well it’s the day after your pants are a little tighter and now it’s time to get back on the tracking wagon. No need to panic or punish yourself, here is how to restart and keep it moving!
Now that Halloween has passed and you avoided all of that candy, we are heading into the real Holiday seasons, and this is where it gets tricky. Starting with one of my favorites-Thanksgiving, Turkey Day, the big feast! I know this holiday was always one of my biggest downfalls.
I am all about everything fall-related, especially the food! My favorite by far is the spaghetti squash. The great thing about spaghetti squash is that it’s available and delicious year-round, although my favorite time to have it is during the cooler months.
