A Short Summary of My iTrackBites Journey

I started iTrackBites in December of 2017, utilizing Carb Conscious in the beginning of my journey, I successfully lost 76 lbs to date. I have utilized all plans on the iTrackBites platform, so I am very familiar with the details of each plan. Currently I am using Calorie Command. All of the plans are amazing, and each of them work. I hope to inspire others with my journey and hope to be able to provide support within the community to those who may be having difficulty achieving their goals. The key to success is consistency.

Favorite Feature or Tip for Using iTrackBites
My absolute favorite feature that I actually just started using myself is the notes section. I love that if I need to remind myself to track something later on if I don’t have time to find it, I just make a quick note and go back in later and it’s right there for me so I don’t miss anything for the day!
Favorite iTrackBites Community Group
My favorite community group on iTrackBites is the Foodies Group, I love it because I have a passion for recipe creation, and I also enjoy seeing what other members have to share with the group. Its so much fun!
What’s the One thing I’ve Learnt about iTrackBites?
I have learned that iTrackBites is the most versatile weight loss platform out there. All of the plans work, if you work the plan it works you. There is something for everyone and every life style! I like to call myself an iTrackBites Lifer!
