A Short Summary of My iTrackBites Journey
After becoming a Certified Holistic Nutritionist in 2014 I had much success with a Whole Food Plant Based Diet. I lost weight immediately… then after a FUN vaca in Costa Rica I put the weight back on and couldn’t seem to shake it!

iTrackBites provided renewed enthusiasm to my personal weight loss and healthy eating goals. I LOVE that so many veggies are zero BITES and that fit in really well with my unique health needs as well, so it was a perfect match!

For me iTrackBites turns drudgery into a game to be conquered and won! Even though I always eat healthy, it helps me choose wisely and I even have hopes of possibly being bikini ready again one day!

A Fun Fact About Myself
I am surrounded by boys!!!! My hubby is an engineer, and we have 2 teenage boys! This is crazy when you learn that I am SUCH a girly girl! I must say I understand men much better now, that’s for sure! LOL… they’re always just boys at heart!

Growing up my life was dance; ballet, tap, jazz, and modern. 5-7 days a week and I was skinny as a rail! Quite certain that’s where my bad eating habits developed, but when motivated we can all change!

I just turned 50 and feel younger than I did in my mid-30’s!!! It’s ALL about food and exercise!
