Motivational Tips To Get Your Fitness In
• Schedule your workouts in advance by carving out a set time of your day. This time is for you and you owe it to yourself.
• Be intentional on the workout of choice. Know what type of workout you are going to do (Yoga, cardio, strength). If you love watching videos, pre-select them!
• Find a workout buddy (virtual if you have too). Do your workouts together. It’s a great way to get some socialization, while burning those calories and keeping each other accountable.
• Bonus: Comment or like the video as Coach Cody will be choosing one person to be their virtual workout buddy for a day
