A Short Summary of My iTrackBites Journey
I didn’t give my full attention to iTrackBites until January 2019. I had used it off on and since 2016, but I never tracked consistently. After being told by my doctor that I had high cholesterol at 25, I was given the choice to either lose the weight or be put on medication. I decided to take my health into my own hands and commit fully to the Carb Conscious program since it takes fats into consideration. Pairing ITrackBites with working out has helped me lose about 30 pounds since January 2019 (40 pounds since my highest weight)! There are weeks I’ve been on track 7/7 days and weeks I’ve been on track 0/7 days. It’s all about being consistent and coming back to what works for you. Find a program you love, and it will never feel like a diet.

I am the owner of an online boutique! It’s so neat to say I’m a small business owner.
Favorite Feature or Tip for Using iTrackBites
Track everything! It’s nice to put everything into perspective. My favorite features are the Restaurant Guide and Recipe Builder. We don’t go out to eat often, but I love being able to track my meal beforehand so I can stay on track. Since we don’t go out to eat often, the Recipe Builder is a dream come true! I love being able to make my favorite meals iTrackBites friendly so I can stay on track.
What’s the One thing I’ve Learnt about iTrackBites?
ITrackBites works if you work the program! It is so critical to track everything. I love being able to reflect at the end of each week after a weigh-in to see if there’s a reason “why” I had a gain. I also love seeing what worked for me if I had a loss that week.
