In this time of social-distancing, quarantines and many public places being closed (including our beloved gyms), it’s important to find creative new ways to stay in shape while so many of us are confined to our homes. Don’t have a set of free weights lying around? That’s fine! Your bodyweight is all you really need for an effective at-home workout. Check out this workout routine from Nerd Fitness to get your 20 minutes of sweating in today.
