    Started in November lose 5 lbs and haven’t move doing well with my workout but nothings working

    Results begin when you stop making excuses. I have started my eat cleaner -better and less – with this Lenten season. Its not a religious thing for me – however a little Divine intervnetion cant hurt in the building of new better habits.

    I am struggling! I lost 40lbs two years ago on WW. I no longer am a part of that program. I have gained back about 27 lbs. My weakness is Dr Pepper and sweets. I don’t even know where to begin again. I know I can but how do I get back up and run again. I truly want to. I know how to eat I love veggies and some fruit. I learned a lot about how to eat. But kicking the soda and sweets seems nearly impossible.
